Hummingbird Resources plc has been notified that on 25th November 2011 Giant Sable Corporation purchased, on behalf of Ian Cockerill’s family trust, 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.23 per share. Following this purchase, Ian Cockerill, a director of the Company, is now interested directly or indirectly in a total of 531,083 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.00% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Additionally Hummingbird Resources plc has been notified that on 25th November 2011 Daniel Betts purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.225 per share. Following this purchase Daniel Betts, a director of the Company, is now interested directly or indirectly in a total of 4,376,648 ordinary shares, representing approximately 8.20% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The total number of ordinary shares currently in issue is 53,355,565, with options over a total of 4,430,000 ordinary shares outstanding.
